We want you to love your modest fashion finds! If something doesn't fit perfectly or isn't quite what you expected, we're here to help make it right.

Return Window

30 days from delivery date for returns and exchanges

What Can Be Returned/Exchanged

✅ Eligible Items:

  • Unworn items with original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Items without signs of wear, alterations, or damage
  • Items that haven't been washed or dry cleaned
  • Items free from perfume, smoke or strong odors

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items damaged by normal wear or misuse

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at returns@HelloIstanbulDesign.com or use our contact form with:

  • Your order number
  • Items you'd like to return/exchange
  • Reason for return (helps us improve!)
  • For exchanges: preferred size/color

Step 2: Get Your Return Label

We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours

Step 3: Pack & Ship

  • Place items in original packaging if possible
  • Include your return form (we'll email this to you)
  • Drop off at any US Post office location

Processing Times

  • Returns: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your item
  • Exchanges: New item ships within 2-3 business days after we receive your return

Return Shipping

  • Our error or defective item: We cover return shipping
  • Size/preference change: $6 shipping fee deducted from refund
  • Exchanges: Free return shipping, you pay shipping for new item

Refunds

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless our error)

International Orders

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Please contact us before returning items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received something damaged or wrong? Contact us immediately at contact@HelloIstanbulDesign.com with photos. We'll make it right with free return shipping and priority replacement.
